A classic session ale with well balanced malt and hop flavours. Hints of fruit and spices give a fuller body than expected for a 3.8% beer, ensuring that this extremely drinkable pint continues to be a firm favourite. As an independent brewery based in Scotland competing for a very limited home market, Independence can be interpreted several ways, not least of which is the quote here (although we won't object to riches at this time!)
